Is it possible to access the data within the ECC via an API, directly, or some other magic way?

EBS 12.2.11 and latest ECC.

We currently have ETL solutions that are querying data from Oracle. In some cases, this is the same data that ECC is pulling. We would prefer to lessen the queries on EBS and just pull the data from ECC if possible.
