Is G/L Batch Status History supposed to capture the Historical Program ID?

We are on JDE EnterpriseOne - 9.2.5.3 tools- Update 5 and Fix Current as of June 2021. We just activated the BHF0011 to assist with tracking how batch headers are getting updated. The F00119 table has a field for Historical Program ID which one would assume would capture the UBE or Program that was used to update the Batch Header. That field is not showing any data. Is this the same experience with anyone else using this functionality?
