INTEGRATION IN DIRECT XML queue setup

Setting up to test if Direct XML database insert would be a workaround for issue with SQL table update not working to trigger agent.

I turned on the Integration in Direct XML queue and inserted a transmission using the pkg_integration_util.insert_transmision function. I see the Transmissions posted to the I_TRANSMISSION table and the Q_INTEGRATION _IN table. The transmissions disappear from the I_TRANSMISSION table but I do not see them in OTM UI.

Does TRANSMISSION_IN also need to be enabled besides INTEGRATION IN DIRECT XML?
