Issue on clicking on Workflow Status Monitor

Hi,We have completed a platform migration of EBS 12.1.3 with DB 11.2.0.4 from AIX to Linux on OCI. Everything on the instance is working fine. While navigating through Workflow Administrator Web Application> Administer Workflow>Status Monitor we recieve the following error on the page.

  1. Could not create web bean, could not find item metadata Item Name: (HelpText_srch); Region: (WF_MONITOR_ADVANCED_SEARCH)
  2. Could not create web bean, could not find item metadata Item Name: (HelpText_res); Region: (WF_MONITOR_RESULTS_TEXT)

Generation of jar files, recompiling apps schema,compiling jsp was done and did not help.
