How to retrieve the approval date for work confirmations

Oracle EBS 12.1.3

We have requirement to create a report that will show all work confirmations, approved and unapproved. Can anybody advise how to retrieve the approval date for work confirmations?

I'm not really familiar with the workflow tables, so any suggestion you have may be helpful.
