Process SZ-OZ not working as expected. OZ gets blocked in status 300

Process of SZ-OZ.

We checked when SZ orders are in process of shipping the table F4211Z1 is not filled up for some items (this is completely random)

What data is missing in order to not be filled this table for some items?

OZ orders get stuck in status 300 because report R574230B retrieves information from table F4211Z1 and from this step forward all process is broke and order never gets received.
