2023 W-4 forms and the Gender Unknown option for IRS rate tables

We are currently using PeopleSoft 9.2 with HR PUM 35 and have applied the latest tax update, 23-B. However, we have noticed that the 2023 W-4 forms and the Gender Unknown option for IRS rate tables are not available. It seems that these items were not included or tagged with Tax Update 23-B or any other patches we may have missed to apply. Can you provide some insight into these issues?"
