Daily Commodity Price Load

Has anyone utilized a method to connect daily commodity pricing markets to E1 Advanced pricing?

I am looking to develop adjustments off of a changing market price with a nightly upload to E1. After commodity prices are loaded, I will run R42950 on the scheduler to update the F4211 UPRC. Does JDE have a preferred solution for this? I am looking to potentially use the price list functionality - but not sure if better solutions are available. Appreciate your time in advance.
