Utilizing check-in templates documents and manager/hierarchy changes
For the past few years we have been using a midyear check-in template, oppose to a formal midyear performance review document like our yearend performance review document. One down side is when there is a manager hierarchy change, the check-in document cannot be transferred to the new manager.
Is there a way to transfer the check-in document or any other creative suggestion so that the document follows the colleague through any manager or hierarchy changes?
