add sales order -roll back

while trying to add new sales order using P4210 application, after typing the required data and press OK button it took long time them message appear on JAS server: {BusFunctionAsynState.executeAsync(): async BSFN failed and need roll back!! }, and on enterpise Server log:

{OS400AG016 - doQueryDiagnostics: Logged SQL query for DB Request Function (DRV_Fetch) with Action (JDEDB_DRIVER_SELECT) which took (33) seconds which is equal to or greater than (2) seconds for E1User(USER-name) with DBProxyUser(JDE).}

How to find the cause of the problem?
