Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Is there a way to audit HTTP requests issued by users via UTL_HTTP.request procedure?

Oracle Product: Oracle Database 19c Enterprise Edition Release 19.0.0.0.0

Version: 19.10.0.0.0

For instance, one user executes:

select utl_http.request('https://www.oracle.com',null,'file://u01/app/acfsmounts/myacfs/wallet/') from dual;

I would like to see it in UNIFIED_AUDIT_TRAIL
