How to enable/add new column in Address style

Good Day,

I added a new column in Address Style DFF but am unable to see the DFF column in the customer form. Please guide me there is any other additional step required to show the DFF on OAF pages.

Below steps i already done

  1. Unfreeze the Address information DFF
  2. Add new column
  3. Freeze the DFF
  4. Now try to see the DFF on customer address but it is not showing
