How do you hide tabs in Enterprise Command Center Projects?

Oracle Enterprise Command Center Projects (ECC version 8)


Since we don't use G-Invoicing, Investment Turn and Budgetary Control in Oracle Projects, I want to hide these tabs/tiles from the dashboard for our end users. Is this possible? I have tried personalizations, but the tiles remain visible and the data is not shown. I also want to hide the tiles.
