R12.2.12 - Unable to View Parameters in EBS Concurrent Request

Oracle EBS - R12.2.12

Forn Name: FNDRSRUN (Requests)

When querying another user's requests, the form is not showing the Parameters for those requests. There are multiple child requests submitted from the parent request, (approx: 900) and needing to export this information into excel. How can I view the parameters? Is there a profile setup that allows this or some other setup?
