Integration Direct In XML

I activate the Integration In Direct XML and Integration In queue and added the queues to the Default Cluster.

Are there any other steps to get the Direct XML working? I see my Direct XML in the I_transmission table and events sitting in Q_INTEGRATION_IN table in QUEDED status.

I restarted the server but that had no affect.
