A new DBA is posting to a .9999 object. How do I find the AAI table to associate it with?

I found the following resolution to a question I asked on Oracle support site. Unfortunately, I do not know how to implement the resolution. I need to know where I can find the AAI tables referenced. I am using JDE World Version A94.

Issue:

After adding a new DBA, the journal batch proof shows "Invalid Account" and is posting to a .9999 object.

Solution:

Cause: New DBAs need to be associated to the the AAI Tables, primarily the Debit -Burden/Prem-Labor Dist (T3 type) and Credit-Liabilities (T1 type) tables.

Resolution: Setup the DBA in the Type field of each table and assign the applicable Distribution Account. Rerun the journals and verify there is no error.
