EBS 12.2.6 - After new Clone, adop -status shows the slave twice

I ran a clone process from PROD to TEST and we have a DMZ secondary node on that environment (like PROD has) for iSupplier.

After cloning, I ran the adop phase=fs_clone command, and it is successful but an adop -status command shows the slave twice. I queried fnd_nodes and fnd_oam_context_files and don't see any issues/duplicates there. I've run adautocfg.sh on the nodes and bounced Apps, but nothing changed. The FMW EM console shows the secondary EBS_web instance only once. I'm not sure what I did wrong and if I can proceed to use/patch this TEST environment or I need to redo the secondary DMZ node cloning.
