Rollback databae upgrade

Hi,

I would like to test rollback of database 19.19 to 19.15.

Please help verify the following sequence of steps:

1. rollback OJVM

2. run datapatch

3. rollback 19.19 patch

4. run datapatch

5. rman upgrade was done - do I need to do downgrade?

6. DST release was applied - need do anything?

7. rollback opatch applied patches

8. install rollback-ed patches by opatch

9. run datapatch

Can I skip running the 1st 2 steps of datapatch & only do it once at the end?
