Can we default ERES field response value in Sample Disposition ERES page

Hello - We are on 12.2.9 and using Oracle Quality to approve manufacturing and raw material samples. We have enabled ERES on sample disposition screen. On the E-Signature page operator has to always switch the Signature type to Reviewer where it is defaulted to 'Author. We would like to see if the above three fields can be defaulted to a different value. On checking personalization i could not find a way to change the default for these Notification response fields. Is there any way we can change the default value displayed to other default values?
