Upgrade EPM 11.1.2.4 to 11.2.13- Windows Server 2022

Hi

We are currently in EPM 11.1.2.4 installed on MS Windows Server 2012 (x64). Infra upgrade is being planned that will have MS Windows Server 2022 (x64).

Due to the OS Support, we are planning to go to EPM 11.2.13 on the new server and then migrate 11.1.2.4 contents to 11.2.13, since 11.2.x is out-of-place upgrade.

Because 11.2.13 will be Opatch update starting from 11.2.9 release. We have to be at least on 11.2.8 and then Opatch update to 11.2.13.

But 11.2.8 supports only till Windows Server 2019, but we have Windows Server 2022. Can any one help here?
