Is the AVDF plugin for OEM 13.5 Certified for Version 12.2 of AVDF

We have version 12.2.0.7 of AVDF and want to monitor it with OEM.

The OEM AVDF PlugIn document has a certification chart that I find unclear (below). I would like to think that AVDF version 12.2.x is supported by OEM version 13.5; the documentation is silent. Is AVDF 12.2.x supported in OEM 13.5?
