User unable to see public query

in Supply Chain Management - PSFT (MOSC) 2 commentsAnswered

There's a user on PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 that is attempting to run a public query, however, she is not able to see it. I verified that it is not a private marked query. Would there be a reason why the user cannot see it are there additional security or permission lists that I need to look to add in order for the user to view this query?
