EPM 11.2 Upgrade with Essbase - License

Hi

We are planning to upgrade EPM 11.1.2.4 to 11.2.13 on a Windows 2022 server. Our current setup in 11.1.2.4, has Foundation Server + Essbase Server. We don't use other products like Planning etc.

We use Essbase mainly to build non-EPM cubes sourced from a RDBMS setup for analysis in smartview. From licensing standpoint, can we upgrade to EPM 11.2.13 with Essbase for this type of use case or this will fit only in Essbase 21c ?
