Siebel Loyalty Tier Points expiry on upgrade and downgrade

Hi Community,

We are in 20.8 version. In Loyalty we have Tier upgrade and downgrade every year. I have 2 questions on that.

  1. Tier is not getting downgrade or upgrade on the exact end date of the Active Tier. Sometimes it take + or - 10 days or later. Is there any specific functionality to wait for Tier upgrade or downgrade based on existing queued transactions?
  2. When tier is downgraded or maintain same tier, I could see the Tier points reset to 0 or partially reduced tier points (example from 8500 to 2500). Would like to know where is the Tier points expiry dates in place? And how this reset is taking place?
