SQL server support in 11.2.15

Will EPM 11.2.15 support SQL server 2022? As it is suggested we go to a newer platform when doing the installation of 11.2.15 in October, we want to start preparing for a db and windows versions that are supported as long as possible when setting all this up again.

Sql server 2019 will be out of support rather shortly.
