Has Oracle Net Conection Pooling been desupported?

When Patch 19.13 was released last year, the section "Behaviour Change, Deprecated and Desupported Features for Oracle Database" in the "Database Upgrade Guide" warned that Oracle Net Connection Pooling was desupported in Oracle 12.1. That link now defaults to display the section heading and there's no mention of Oracle .net Connection Pooling.

Has there been a change of direction on Oracle .net Connection Pooling and it is still supported?
