Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello,

TR-9.2.5.6 , AR 9.2, AS400 db2

Query - why we consider few points when object deployment in production ie -

no job should be running
User should not be there.
services should be bounced before object deployment from PY to PD

can you explain or any doc is there. Also what should be the exact rule or protocol while deploying any object in production.
