Account locked in ORACLE RAC database

We have an Oracle database in RAC, the problem we are having is with some users who appear with their account blocked when they want to log in to the stanby base, and in production they enter without problems.
We verify the status of your account in the database, and we verify that you do not appear with the account blocked.
