Need to create custom role to access Subject area

Hi team,

In Oracle Fusion I need to create a custom role only to access particular subject area I.e. "Payroll - Payments Costing Real Time", we can get the access to this subject area by having "Payroll Manager" role but by assign this to user causes other features to enable which we don't want that's why we want to create a separate role just to access given subject area.
