Is it ok to update a value set on the delivered Human Resources Soft Coded KeyFlexfield?
We have multiple GRE's for HR and Finance. However, only 2 of these are used by payroll. When entering the GRE's on assignment screen the delivered value set has all GRE's in the list. New staff have entered Finance only GRE's and they have made it through payroll. We now have a mess to clean up as these won't show on our W2's, but was wondering if it was ok to create our own value set with only the 2 valid payroll GRE's in the list and update the US context version of this key flexfield to use our value
