Unifier v22.5 Enhancement to Include Assignees and Copy Users from Data Elements

I have configured a workflow in uDesigner to Add additional CC users using a User Picker from the Upper Form. My BP setup includes CC and Allows Add CC however the user isn't being added when the record is routed to the step. I feel like there's something missing in the BP Setup. Has anyone successfully configured this feature? Thanks, in advance!
