Can we add Attribute dimensions to Planning Applications

Oracle Hyperion Planning

Version: 11.2.4 - On premise

I would like add few Attribute dimensions to existing Planning Applications and export the metadata with new Attribute dimensions information. Is possible to do on premise version ?

If yes, how do we do ? Any help would be appreciated.
