Eftlink Rest api service couldn't send response back to application

Hi,

We have been facing an issue where eftlink rest api does get the successful response from the bank but "could not post it back to application) Is there any time out configuration setting?

Or any idea why these sessions get closed. This is random behavior may be 1 out of 30 .
