ExaCS Dedicated: EBS R12.2 Database 19c Cloning document

We have EBS R12.2 databases (19c) on ExaCS Dedicated infrastructure. We are looking for a cloning document for EBS Database 19c. Source DB is on the ExaCS.

Scenarios can be: Cloning from OCI console backup or external backup in Object Storage or use DB link.

I have come across the following document. It is for migration from On-Premises to ExaCS Cloud@Customer.

NOTE: We would like to use this procedure also for migrating from ExaCS X8M to X9M.
