Few selected applications added under favorites seems to greyed out/unusable.

Hello All,

We have a weird issue where few applications after adding under favorites will be greyed out and unusable for some reason. It works perfectly fine while navigating through Menu. Below is the screenshot. This issue is hanging around from quite some time with no clues. Any lead on this issue would help us.
