Remove users and manage user roles


Hi

I have admin access but struggling to remove users and manage roles.

Settings / Manager Users shows me the list but I can't edit them, the online Help seems to be geared toward Cloud support (talking about having to be CIU Role) and I don't see the options to which it refers.

It says:


To change privileges for a user in Manage Users:

  1. Select a user in the Users and Support Identifiers table.
  2. Select the desired privileges from the menus in the RoleService RequestPatchesAssets, or Change Requests (if available) column, then click Save.
  3. If desired, enter a termination date. If specified, after this date access to this SI will be automatically deleted for this user.
