Remove users and manage user roles
Hi
I have admin access but struggling to remove users and manage roles.
Settings / Manager Users shows me the list but I can't edit them, the online Help seems to be geared toward Cloud support (talking about having to be CIU Role) and I don't see the options to which it refers.
It says:
To change privileges for a user in Manage Users:
- Select a user in the Users and Support Identifiers table.
- Select the desired privileges from the menus in the Role, Service Request, Patches, Assets, or Change Requests (if available) column, then click Save.
- If desired, enter a termination date. If specified, after this date access to this SI will be automatically deleted for this user.
