After adding new luns , it reflects in diskgroup but it is not showingin df -h

Question,

We have added new luns to ACFS voiume manually through command line , after adding I see it is reflecting in diskgroup but not in df -h . should I be doing anyting manually so it shows in df -h also .. Does this mean I can't use the new storage whichis being added now. .

When I have done this addition through asmca I have not faced this issue. So while doing manually am I missing anything. I have given the following command to add disk to asm

ALTER DISKGROUP ACFS01 ADD DISK '/dev/mapper/ASM_ACFS05p1' NAME ACFS01_0004 rebalance power 11;
