Is there a way to mass correct salaries?

We are using EBS 12.2.9

After entering the July 1 COLA using WebADI, and running a payroll, the board approved an additional amount effective on July 1. Is there a way to make this entry using the Mass Salary Update?

or does the additional amount need to be entered on each individual record?
