relink all option when changing rac to sing db

aix oracle 11.04

The db is a db that is being used as a single db by copying the rac db. After the recent os update, relink all was performed, but an error occurred when starting the db.

Whenever you do RELINK ALL, make -f ins_rdbms.mk rac_off ==> Should I turn OFF the RAC option?
