Function "Manage Proxies" appears and disappears on it's own

version 12.2.7


Hi,

Does anyone faced the problem when function "Manage Proxies" disappears and appears on it's own? Clearing cache of the browser and changing to a different browser didn't resolve the issue. This function in menu can appear and disappear several times in a day.
