Unable to Find Rates Tab in Activity Manager

we have a requirement to configure the activity sheet, as part of it I need to configure

Rates tab in unifier. Unfortunately I could not find the Rates tab as mentioned in the Unifier documentation. Need help to configure the rates tab. I am attaching the screenshot for reference. TIA. :)
