Upgrade from EBS 12.1.1/11g to 12.2.12/19c

EBS modules: Financials, Inventory, Project Costing

Test phase: UAT

Target: Conduct a successful, effective and smooth UAT test for end user

I would like to ask if anyone can share their experience with EBS upgrade UAT test:

Data preparation: What specific data (specific period of data?) do I need to prepare?
System preparation: EBS system upgrade from the source system of data from a specific date (financial month end status)
User testing arrangement: How should I effectively organize and coordinate users for conducting the UAT testing phase?
Time allocation: How much time should be allocated for user testing?
