How to forward BYE to Contact header IP when INVITE message has Record-Route

I am testing a customer Genesys Cloud (BYOC Cloud) with an SBC. 

My question is At the end of the call, the BYE message only goes to the top Record Route IP, not the Contact IP of the INVITE.

Is there any way to send it to the Contact IP and not the Record-Route IP?


  1. GC(52.79.67.164) --INVITE-> (x.x.x.x) SBC
