Required Oracle database client 19c with include patches.

Currently, we are experiencing issue with Oracle client 19c [version 19.0] on all window machine in our environment. We would appreciate it if you could suggest an exact version of Oracle client 19c that includes all the below patches set numbers. Therefore, we can install and test on a window machine in our environment and resolve this issue.

please treat this as high priority request and do the needful.
