How to find Responsibility Changes in EBS R12 and R11

Dear All -

I am looking for a query or report (if any exists) which can tell me if any changes are done in a responsibility after certain date.

For Example : I am having XX AP Supervisor Resp with AP Transaction access present in it as of today. Tomorrow i have removed the transaction related function and added Invoice Inquiry Function. So, i am looking for a query or any report which can tell these changes has been done to the responsibility.

Looking forward for all the experts advice.
