Cross-Platform Migration AIX to Linux - EBS R12.1 + DB 12 c to upgrade to EBS 12.2.11 + DB 19c

We need to do platform migration from AIX to Linux, along with EBS R12.1 upgrade to EBS 12.2 and Database 12c to 19c.

In Metalink note it suggests that we can perform platform migration and upgrade in single go. However, if anyone has done can you please suggest below:

  • Database Migrate using export /Import method (12c to 19c)
  • EBS R12.2 layout installation on Linux box by RapidWiz

How can be migrate appsutil folder on database from Aix to Linux as it could be pre-requisites to have database context file uploaded into database before executing upgrade driver.

Does it require to have R12.1 also migrated from AIX to Linux before the upgrade runs?
