EBS and DB Migration and upgrade in single window

Hi Experts,

Kindly requesting your help on below migration and upgrade option on the path to follow .


We need to upgrade RHEL6 to RHEL7 and to migrate 11.2.0.3 database to new server RHEL7. But RHEL7 is not supported for 11.2.0.3. So need to upgrade database to 11.2.0.4 or 12.1.0.2. And also we need migrate EBS 12.1.3 to RHEL7.

What is the best suggestible way of achieving above.?

Just to update you, the above path is phase1 we are planning and DB and EBS upgrade to 19c and 12.2.10 will be phase2.
