R47071 Creates WC error message, and I can't isolate.

Hi All,

I will outline what I've done below, I am trying this for future processing of PO's brought in our JDE 9.1 system from a 3rd party. I figured I would utilize what JDE already has.

I've created an NER that will create a DOCO, EDOC, EDBT, and minimum required fields for the F47071 \ F47072. I used the document 625506.1 for this and actually added a bit more data to the tables.

I run the R47071 (test version) and I keep getting the Work Center message in attached WC error document.

I have also attached the F47071 \ F47072 data as it currently resides from my NER writing to these tables.
