Siebel Update from 20.8 to 23.6

Hi

We starting siebel update from 20.8 version to 22.6. Would like to know if 23.6 version is good to proceed? Any known bugs raised in 23.6 version that I should check and take decision to proceed with 23.6 or other versions?
