Need to remove the item in supply demand details which is present in the PR but when i open the PR l

Hi Team,

I need to remove the Item for PR because of the item is a false supply so i need to remove the item in supply demand for the PR which is showing but when i open the PR lines this item is not showing on any lines so how can i remove this item for the PR??
